A partir del próximo miércoles 9 de septiembre, y dadas las circunstancias ocasionadas por la pandemia provocada por el virus COVID-19, procederemos a la incorporación progresiva y escalonada del alumnado al centro educativo, siguiendo el siguiente calendario:
MIÉRCOLES 9 DE SEPTIEMBRE
Incorporación de 1ºESO.- 8:45 a 14:45 (recepción parking del centro).
JUEVES 10 DE SEPTIEMBRE
Incorporación de 2º y 3º ESO.- 8:45 a 14:45 (recepción parking del centro)
(El alumnado de 1º ESO ya acudirá a sus clases siguiendo sus respectivos horarios indicaciones desde primera hora).
VIERNES 11 DE SEPTIEMBRE
Incorporación de 4º ESO, 1º BACHILLERATO, 2º BACHILLERATO, 2º CICLOS Y 1º
Y 2º FP BÁSICA .- 8:45 a 14:45. (Recepción parking del centro).
(El alumnado de 1º, 2º, 3º ESO ya acudirá a sus clases siguiendo sus respectivos horarios e indicaciones desde primera hora).
LUNES 14 DE SEPTIEMBRE
HORARIO NORMAL PARA TODAS LAS ENSEÑANZAS (salvo 1º curso de ciclos formativos).
JUEVES 24 DE SEPTIEMBRE
Incorporación de 1º curso de ciclos formativos (recepción parking del centro).
Los autobuses estarán en las paradas habituales con la antelación acostumbrada. Hasta nuevas instrucciones, sólo podrá hacer uso del transporte el alumnado de E.S.O. y F.P.BÁSICA. Los responsables de las empresas de transporte dispondrán de la información sobre la ubicación exacta del alumnado en cada vehículo.
Adjuntos a esta carta, se les han enviado dos documentos en los que se especifica información tanto para ustedes como para sus hijos/as referente al PLAN DE CONTINGENCIA FRENTE AL COVID-19. Es muy importante que sigan las indicaciones establecidas en dicho plan.
El primer día de cada nivel y grupo se llevará a cabo una formación con su tutor/a, en la que se explicará de forma pormenorizada dicho PLAN DE CONTINGENCIA, elaborado con el objetivo de conseguir un curso seguro garantizando la salud y la calidad de enseñanza en las actuales circunstancias. Una vez terminada la explicación del plan, el alumnado será atendido hasta el final del horario por el profesorado del centro.
